ALICIA DUFOUR – Writer/Director – Mom

Alicia Dufour makes her theatrical directing debut with Family Night. She started her career as an actor in theatre at the age of nine, and over the years has won multiple awards for many of her stage roles. She made the transition to film in 2012, and has been in a variety of independent films. Last year she produced and directed a feature length corporate video project for the County of Riverside. In addition to writing and directing Family Night, Alicia will also be taking on the role of Mom. JOSH GEORGE – Dad

Josh is your typical financial analyst turned actor from Phoenix, Arizona. He discovered that performing in front of people and the camera was much more fun than being in a cubicle prison starring at the computer all day. So, he quit his day job in 2016 to pursue acting full time in LA. Since then he has trained at the advanced level with The Groundlings and Joseph Pearlmans Acting Academy. BRENNON RAMIREZ – SON

Brennon started acting at the young age of nine. After taking the stage with dozens of community theater productions, from Music Man to Little Shop of Horrors to Dracula, he crossed over to the world of film. In 2018 alone, Brennon has starred in six independent productions and is continuing to hone his skills with each new role. ALANA JOHNSON – DAUGHTER

Alana is a 16 year old from Orange County with a theatrical acting background. She has been in many stage productions, and starred as Cinderella in the musical Cinderella. Alana is making her professional film debut in Family Night, but has created and acted in several of her own short films. She is also a musician and vocalist in her band ‘Acid Blondie.’ You can check out more about her band on IG @acidblondieband.

SYMEON PLATTS – Director of Photography

Symeon is a freelance Cinematographer shooting films, music videos, and commercial content and is currently based out of Los Angeles, California. He was born in Sedona, AZ. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Film and building relationships with some incredible collaborators, he went on to co-found ‘Mild West’ with directing friend, mentor, and colleague Malcolm Critcher. Since then, they have built an extensive portfolio of music videos working with local Tucson artists and the record label ‘Mello Music Group’. SIMON MYERS – Editor

Simon is an experienced video editor with 6+ years in the industry. Dedicated to telling the best story possible, working with project leads to make each project the best it can be. Well versed in codecs for editing, archive, and delivery to different platforms from web to theatrical. MARK D’ERRICO – Composer

Mark D’Errico is a film composer and keyboardist located in Erie, Colorado. He was born in Ottawa, Canada in 1964. He started playing keyboards at age 16. After moving to Colorado in 1998, he built his own home studio and started writing and recording electronic, ambient, rock, instrumental and orchestral music. In 2002, Mark starting scoring films and animations. Since then, he has scored over 100 feature films and shorts. He has been nominated twice for Best Film Score. He specializes in thrillers and dramas – movies that require very emotional and powerful music, but scores films in all genres. HAYDEN CLEMENT – Sound Designer

Hayden is an accomplished composer and pianist who started working in music and post-audio in 1983. He has worked as a Composer and Sound-Designer, Music Producer, Post Sound Supervisor, Music Producer, Re-Recording Mixer, Music Programmer, Music Editor, Dialogue/ADR/Effects/Foley Editor and Recordist, and Synclavist. Hayden currently composes, sound designs and is a project supervisor at Penta Resources Media at Westwind. Hayden has appeared in Mix Magazine, Post, Pro Sound News, and Keyboard Magazine. He has won awards for his sound design in commercials, including taking part in a Clio for BMW. His work also includes creating the original voices for the characters “Itchy” and “Scratchy” in the perennial FOX television show, The Simpsons, and he has sound designed for Cirque du Soleil. ERIC FOX – Special Effects Artist

Eric is a self-trained Special Effects and Makeup Artist with over 20 years of experience. He was featured on Season 4 of Face Off on the Syfy Network and quickly became the fan favorite. Eric and his wife Melissa Fox currently run MORBX-FX Lab, specializing in practical makeup effects, creature suits, prosthetics, props, sculpting, molding, masks, custom pieces and gore effects. Eric’s work has appeared in Sharknado 3, Three Headed Shark Attack, Lavalantula, The Tales of Halloween, Gremlins Recall, and most recently Eric’s crazy skills were showcased in the upcoming Lloyd Kaufman / Troma film. Eric’s work has also been featured on an Old Spice “Live Nature Adventure ” Ad Campaign and the Dr. Phil show. Recent music video credits include Charlie XCX “Famous” and Steve Aoki.
